Tile Roofs of Texas replaced the flat roof on this Rice Military home down to the deck, installing 2.2 inches of ISO board insulation before fabricating custom coping flashing and a drip edge to finish the perimeter. The new roof uses 60-mil GAF TPO membrane with five fabricated and installed roof jacks, giving the flat section a single, fully sealed membrane system in place of the old layered roofing.
