Copper Gutter installation, Downspouts, Collector Boxes and More

Copper Gutters

Every copper gutter installation starts in our own shop. Our in-house architectural sheet metal shop designs and fabricates custom copper elements for high-end residential projects, including gutters, downspouts, collector boxes, hoods, and architectural details built to your exact specifications. Every piece in our gallery is a custom fabrication, built to order rather than pulled from a catalog.

We install custom half round, quarter round and box copper gutters, round or rectangular downspout systems, and custom collector boxes across Houston, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, River Oaks, Tanglewood, and surrounding areas, all fabricated on-site in our own shop.

Copper is as practical as it is beautiful. Unlike painted metals, copper joints are soldered permanently, creating a seal that never needs caulking and holds up for decades without compromise. A collector box, sometimes called a leader head or conductor head, is a decorative element mounted below the gutter line that collects rainwater from one or more gutters above. Done in copper, it is one of the details that separates a fine home from an ordinary one.

Q&A

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do copper gutters last compared to aluminum?

Decades longer. Copper joints are soldered permanently rather than caulked, so the seal never needs redoing — and the material itself weathers to a patina instead of failing.

What is a collector box?

Also called a leader head or conductor head — a decorative element mounted below the gutter line that collects rainwater from one or more gutters above. Done in copper, it’s one of the details that separates a fine home from an ordinary one.

Why choose copper gutter installation over painted metal?

Copper is as practical as it is beautiful: soldered joints create a permanent seal that painted metals, which must be caulked, can’t match.
