Terrace Roof Rebuild with Custom Copper Flashing in Briargrove

Tile Roofs of Texas rebuilt a fifty-by-thirty-foot terrace roof on this Briargrove home, removing the existing tile floor and railing, building proper slope into the deck, and waterproofing before installing new tile. The crew installed roughly eighty feet of new custom copper counter-flashing around the terrace perimeter along with a dozen pitch pans at the railing posts, engineering the whole terrace to drain correctly rather than just resurfacing it.
