Custom Copper Cricket Repair on a Slate Roof in Tanglewood

Tile Roofs of Texas removed six rows of slate tile to access a failing cricket on this Tanglewood home, where galvalume and copper in contact with each other had triggered corrosion, then fabricated a new all-copper cricket to replace it. The crew salvaged and reset the original slate tiles around the repair and replaced 75 broken tiles found elsewhere on the roof during the same visit.
