Chimney Cap Repair on a Spanish Tile Roof in Rice Military

Tile Roofs of Texas traced a reported chimney leak on this Rice Military home to the chimney wall and cap rather than the roof itself, and replaced the loose-fitting chimney cap once the source was confirmed. The crew removed tile and underlayment at the affected section, waterproofed it with ice-and-water shield and titanium underlayment, and replaced eighteen broken Spanish tiles found across the porch and main house.
